Events

• Delivered a presentation on political trends in India at KREA University’s seminar series “Where Is India Headed?” (26–27 March 2024), which appraised the past decade in India. I participated as part of an expert panel that included Dr Ramachandra Guha, Dr Arvind Subramaniam, Dr Nandini Sundar, Dr Sharad Lele, and retired diplomat Shiv Shankar Mukherjee.
• Served as a panelist at the Mittal Institute, Harvard University, at the event “Decoding the 2024 Indian Election Results” (10 July 2024). I participated alongside Dr Niraja Jayal, Dr Neelanjan Sircar, and Yamini Aiyar in a discussion moderated by Dr Ashutosh Varshney. My presentation examined minority voting patterns in the 2024 general election.
• Participated as a discussant at the regional workshop “Designing Resistance to Democratic Backsliding in Asia,” held in Bangkok on 12–13 November 2024, contributing to comparative discussions on democratic erosion across South and Southeast Asia.
